Why I'm selling
I recently moved my family to Dubai. It's now a 16 hour flight and $30,000 in business class airfare to visit our vacation home in Costa Rica. So it just doesn't make sense anymore. I'm looking to invest more money into Dubai and Crypto, as well as just clear my plate a bit. I own a LOT of real estate! Nothing wrong with the house, my property manager has kept impeccable maintenance.
Does it make money?
Yes. Though I have not put much effort into airbnb, and have has it off of airbnb a good portion of the time due to visits, letting family and friends stay, etc. It still has managed to do about $25,000 this year alone, and I didn't even have it on Airbnb during January (Was staying there).
